The staff here are exceptional, going above and beyond to make your stay memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and given great recommendations for local restaurants and sights to visit. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, with attention to detail and a touch of character. And let's not forget the amazing value for money! With breakfast included, this hotel really knows how to take care of its guests. I can't recommend it highly enough!

Newly refurbished, clean room with comfortable bed and skylights. Convenient location near ferry, yet quiet and away from crowds. Friendly staff provided helpful assistance, from check-in to check-out. Buffet breakfast offered variety of options, including vegan choices. Great value for the price.

The rooms at this hotel were surprisingly spacious and had a nice homely feel to them. the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Luca who went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. the hotel was also conveniently located for easy access to sightseeing and had a good breakfast.

That the hotel did not have tea making facilities in the rooms. As a British traveler, this was a bit disappointing.

We stayed in a clean and comfortable apartment with a spacious living area, well-equipped bathrooms, and a separate large bedroom. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel facilities were great with clean and spacious rooms, especially by normal European standards. The location was not close to the center but for the price, it was worth it. It was in a quiet neighborhood without all the tourists, yet close enough to access the big attractions. The staff were super helpful, especially with helping us find our way across town. The breakfast provided was good, with a varied choice of sweet and savory food.

The room was spacious and had a beautiful private terrace overlooking a Venetian canal. the staff at reception were friendly and spoke multiple languages. the hotel's location in the Dorsoduro area was great, away from the tourist crowds but still within walking distance to the main attractions.

The hot water in the shower was not readily available and there was no information or guidance provided by the reception. This led to an unpleasant experience of a cold morning shower.
